Daily Ritual: Dissolve a pea-sized portion (approximately 300–500mg) in warm water, milk, or green tea. Stir until fully dissolved — authentic resin will dissolve completely. Consume once daily, preferably in the morning.

Is yours different from Indian or Nepali Shilajit brands?
Yes. Our Shilajit is single-origin from a specific district in Pakistan (Ghanche), at verified high altitude, with no blending. Most global brands aggregate from multiple sources. Ours does not.
How long does one jar last?
At the recommended dose of 300–500mg per day, a 20g jar lasts approximately 40–65 days.
